After much debate about how far we wanted to drive for dinner we ended up just driving through the Promenade and came across Sushi 101. My girlfriend loves sushi… i dont… i eat mexican food and know nothing about sushi. I ended up getting the chicken fried rice and Ella got the professor vue roll. Both were good and we would definilty go back. It was a little more expensive than I was looking for and Im definitly not a sushi expert… but sushi 101 was good enough for me :)
