I came home yesterday afternoon from work to find that Ella had gone to Cherry Blossom Chinese in the Arboretum and left me some leftovers in the fridge. Or at least I assumed they were left for me… so I ate them :)
Cherry Blossom’s General Tso’s chicken was delicious!!!
After a couple minutes in the microwave… I had some unexpectedly delicious dinner to chow down on. My favorite Chinese place in Charlotte is Chen Fu Chinese Fast Food but Cherry Blossom made an impression on me for sure. The sauce was sweet and the chicken was moist and tender. Even after being in the fridge and then the microwave, the leftovers were better than a lot of Chinese food I have eaten.
Best part about Cherry Blossom… they DELIVER!!!
