I was born in Orange County, California and moved to Charlotte, NC in ’95. I went to Greenway Park Elementary… McClintock Middle… then Butler High and graduated in 03′. After graduating I worked a number of jobs before realizing that my heart just wasn’t in them. So in 2010 I set out to remake myself and I started a number of projects that have completely changed my life.

Ella H. – Co Founder
aka “DJ Yummie”
I was born in Chesterfield, Va and moved to Charlotte in ’06 to pursue multiple degrees at Johnson and Wales University. I started my culinary education and career in high school at the Chesterfield Technical Center where I studied for two years and worked weekends at a bakery. I then started persuing my education at Johnson and Wales. For the next five years I worked a variety of positions from culinary to pastry arts in Chesterfield, Charlotte and in between.
